In order to ensure the Merchandise you require is to the highest quality it is always a good idea to order a sample.  A number of our product lines have samples available free of charge, however due to increasing demand on a few product lines we have had to bring in certain charges as explained below.

1 – Postage and packing may be applicable, this is charged at net cost.
2 – Products with a unit value of £0.50+ must be returned within 28days of receipt if you decide not to proceed with an order.  Failure to do so will result in unit cost being charged at the lowest quantity rate.  However if an order is placed, then the sample and P&P is refunded in full!
3 – If a pre-production sample is required this will have to be charged, however this will be refunded in full on receipt of order.
